Hey friends! We’ve got a little bittersweet news to share. After lots of talks and lots of shaved ice memories, we’ve decided to press pause on Escobear Shaved Ice for now.

 

When we started, the dream was always to keep it part-time and see where it could grow and you all helped us grow more than we ever imagined! But life has shifted a bit (for the better). In late 2025, Celso stepped into a new managerial role which has taken up a lot more of his time during the week.

 

On top of that, the cost of supplies and ingredients has continued to rise, and we never wanted to raise prices or cut corners on the quality and service you deserve. At the end of the day, we realized we couldn’t keep doing it the way we believe it should be done.

This isn’t necessarily goodbye, it’s more of a “see you later.” We truly hope this is just a hiatus until the day we can reopen in a permanent location and serve you again.

 

We truly would not have made it three years without the incredible love, encouragement, and support from our customers, friends, family, and community. Every visit, every kind word, every social media share, and every smile at the window meant more to us than we can ever put into words. You believed in us, showed up for us, and helped turn a small dream into something so special.
